The Modernist is a Vancouver duplex defined by crisp architectural lines, streamlined forms and a restrained contemporary palette. Sleek surfaces, graphic contrast and integrated millwork create a strong sense of continuity, with each element considered as part of a clean, cohesive whole. The project was previously presented in FID’s portfolio as Modernist Enclave.

A predominantly neutral foundation is punctuated by darker finishes and carefully controlled material shifts, giving the interiors depth without unnecessary ornament. The result is a distinctly urban home that feels polished and architectural, balancing modern simplicity with the warmth and functionality needed for everyday living.
