  • Yes — for local delivery orders, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a photo once your order has been delivered.

  • Yes — we offer exchanges on unused, like-new items within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Exchanges are completed in-studio and are subject to availability.

  • If an exchange requires shipping, the customer is responsible for any applicable shipping costs.

  • All candles are hand-poured in small batches in Vancouver, B.C.

  • Our candles are made with 100% soy wax, a lead & zinc-free cotton wick, and a blend of essential oils + phthalate-free fine fragrance.

  • Yes — all candles are vegan and cruelty-free, and free from petroleum, parabens, and phthalates.

  • Trim your wick to ¼” before each burn and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar (especially on the first burn). Burn for 2–4 hours for the best results.

  • Store in a cool, dry place with the lid on when not in use to preserve scent.

  • Yes — you can book an appointment to visit our studio and experience the collection in person.
