Developed with Highcliff Homes, Santal House is a modern Vancouver triplex shaped by clean architectural lines, warm wood tones and a restrained material palette. Custom millwork, integrated storage and carefully considered finish transitions create continuity throughout the residences, while stone, tile and subtle metal accents bring depth to the more minimal framework.

The interiors balance crisp detailing with warmer, tactile elements, allowing the cabinetry, surfaces and architectural features to take the lead. A final layer of decor styling was added to complement the completed homes and highlight the material palette, while the furniture shown throughout the project was staged separately.
