Part of a four-home residential collection near Government Street in Burnaby, The Arden was designed in collaboration with KFA Homes as one of two distinct interior concepts developed for the project. Within the shared architectural framework, The Arden takes on a warmer contemporary character through tailored detailing, layered neutral materials and subtle architectural references.

Applied wall mouldings, warm metal finishes and expansive windows bring depth and definition throughout the home, while clean-lined millwork and softly sculptural elements keep the spaces feeling current. The result is a polished, inviting interior with a distinct identity of its own.
